Refund policy


At London Creation, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable experience with every order.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange or receive store credit.

To process such requests, an unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product. Our team will review the request and proceed accordingly.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

Once the returned product is received and inspected, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit

All eligible returns and approved defect claims will be processed in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • An unboxing video is not available for defective claims

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing after the product is received by our team.
